BK8 SG Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BK8 SG. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and BK8 SG ("Platform", "We", "Company") with respect to your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered under the BK8 SG brand.

By completing the BK8 SG account registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy, promotion and bonus policies, and any applicable game rules. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use BK8 SG's services.

These terms have been prepared in Bahasa Melayu and constitute the official document governing all activities on the BK8 SG platform. In the event of any conflict between different language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2. Registration & Account Management

To register and use BK8 SG's services, you must fully satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. BK8 SG enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a player who has self-excluded or been banned from BK8 SG or any affiliated platform.
• Not to register under another person's name or provide false information during the registration process.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at BK8 SG. Registering or using more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these terms. BK8 SG employs advanced detection technology and reserves the right to terminate all duplicate accounts along with all balances held within them, without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your BK8 SG username and password confidential. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your login details with anyone. BK8 SG will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for a BK8 SG account. This includes your full legal name, an active Malaysian phone number, your correct date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed, along with the freezing of any existing balance.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

BK8 SG accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

The deposit limits above are default limits. Members who have completed the full KYC (identity verification) process may be eligible for higher limits upon request.

All deposits and transactions at BK8 SG are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). BK8 SG does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any deposit attempt in a currency other than MYR will be automatically rejected. BK8 SG is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third parties.

4. Withdrawals

To make a withdrawal from your BK8 SG account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account has completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• No active pending withdrawals on your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• All wagering requirements (rollover) for bonuses received have been fully met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in cases approved by the BK8 SG finance team.

BK8 SG processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 2 hours for requests that are complete and meet all requirements. Requests requiring further review may take up to one business day. Withdrawals via FPX may take up to one business day depending on the bank's processing time.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, while the maximum daily limit is RM30,000 for standard accounts. BK8 SG VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits in line with their membership tier. BK8 SG reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by BK8 SG are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. In general, bonuses are only eligible for:

• Members who hold one verified account with BK8 SG.
• Deposits made using valid Malaysian payment methods and in the member's own name.
• Members who have never claimed the same bonus before (for one-time offers).

Every bonus received at BK8 SG is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type:

• Welcome Deposit Bonus: 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount within 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: No wagering requirement — credited directly as cash.
• Slots Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to a 20x wagering requirement.
• Reload Bonus: 10x wagering requirement within 14 days.

BK8 SG strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (bonus abuse), or colluding with other members to manipulate the bonus system. BK8 SG reserves the right to void bonuses and reject withdrawals if abuse is suspected or proven.

6. General Betting Rules at BK8 SG

All betting activity on BK8 SG is subject to the following general rules, which apply across all game categories:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the member unless the Cash Out feature is used before the match or game ends.
• BK8 SG reserves the right to void, reject, or modify any bet believed to involve a technical error, inaccurate odds resulting from a system error, or suspicious wagering activity.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, BK8 SG reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and refund the wagered amount.
• Members are solely responsible for ensuring that all bets placed are made of their own free will and are not the result of coercion or deception by any other party.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by BK8 SG and are subject to change without notice. Please check the game interface for current limits before placing any bets.

7. Slots & Live Casino

All slots at BK8 SG use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited by internationally accredited bodies. This ensures every spin is completely independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated — by the platform or by the player. In the event of a technical disruption during a slots session on BK8 SG — such as an internet disconnection, sudden app crash, or system failure — BK8 SG will refund the wagered amount for the affected rounds based on system records. Any winnings not yet credited due to a technical disruption will be resolved within 24 hours.

If a match is postponed after it has started and does not resume within 48 hours, in-play (live betting) wagers will be settled based on the score at the time of suspension.

BK8 SG makes every effort to ensure that all published odds are accurate. However, in cases where an obvious odds error occurs — such as odds that deviate significantly from market value due to a system error — BK8 SG reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount. Odds errors are determined solely at the discretion of the BK8 SG sports trading team.

Esports betting on BK8 SG covers Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, DOTA 2, CS2, and other esports tournaments featured on the platform. Esports bet settlement is based on official results announced by the tournament organiser. BK8 SG is not responsible for any format changes or decisions made by the organiser after bets have been placed.

9. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at BK8 SG and may result in immediate account closure and the freezing of all balances:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's personal information or falsified documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the BK8 SG platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or using more than one BK8 SG account by any means.
• Match Fixing: Using automated software (bots), technical exploits, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in any game on BK8 SG.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using unfair methods to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members in poker games or tournaments to manipulate outcomes.
• VPN or Proxy Use: Using a virtual private network or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent applicable restrictions.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

You may request the closure of your BK8 SG account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@bk8sg.click. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting bonuses with unmet rollover requirements) will be returned via the payment method used for your last deposit.

BK8 SG reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The member has violated any term set out in this document.
• Information provided during registration is false or inaccurate.
• Account activity is suspicious in terms of security or financial risk.
• Members under 21 years of age.
• The account is required to be suspended upon order of the relevant authorities.

BK8 SG provides a self-exclusion feature for members who need a break from betting activity. You may choose an exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. This feature can be activated from your account settings. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access or use the BK8 SG platform under any circumstances.

11. Privacy, Data & Security

BK8 SG collects and processes your personal data solely for the purpose of providing our services — including identity verification, financial transaction processing, and account-related communications. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

12. Limitation of BK8 SG's Liability

BK8 SG provides its online betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

BK8 SG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions on the member's end or caused by their internet service provider.
• Betting decisions made by members based on information obtained from sources outside the platform.
• System failures or technical disruptions beyond BK8 SG's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised use of a member's account by a third party as a result of the member's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Personal financial consequences suffered by a member as a result of betting activity on BK8 SG.

BK8 SG's liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total active deposit held in the member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

13. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

BK8 SG reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the latest version on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this terms page periodically.

For significant and material changes to the terms, BK8 SG will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via the member's registered email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of BK8 SG after the effective date will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

Any dispute arising from the use of the BK8 SG platform should first be addressed through direct negotiation with our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the regulatory body that issued BK8 SG's licence.
